A day to reconnect with yourself in the peaceful surroundings of Glendalough Sanctuary. With stunning views over the green valley, this beautiful natural environment offers a quiet space to rest, reflect and recharge.
Fiona will gently guide the day, with over 20 years’ experience in teaching mindfulness, compassion and emotional well-being:
· learn simple tools for self-care
· uncover ease, presence, calm
· find emotional balance
Open to all - no previous mindfulness experience needed.
Fee: £70/ Concession £40
Spaces are limited to 12 participants
