How to Guide Well-being Exercises

This course is for graduates of Mind WIth Heart’s ‘Connected Teachers’ course (or equivalent).
In four online sessions, you'll learn how to create a supportive environment, lead mindfulness and compassion practices, adapt exercises for different needs, ask reflective questions and handle challenges effectively.
Each session includes an extended guided practice; a presentation or discussion on a theme; breakout rooms to practice introducing and guiding the exercises; and valuable time to learn and share with fellow educators.
Who can attend?
Those who have completed a Mind With Heart Connected Teachers or Connected Parents course, or equivalent MBSR/ MSC course, AND have a regular personal mindfulness practice. It is crucial to teach from our own experience and embodiment of the practice.
When is the training?
The training will take place over 4 Thursdays:

Fee
4 sessions x 1.5 hours each: £75 full fee, £40 concession
What resources will I receive?
8 detailed guided exercises for primary or secondary or tertiary students:
progressive muscle relaxation
body scan
mindfulness of the breath, for eg. BBB, finger breathing, breathing buddy
mindfulness of sounds
mindfulness of emotions, for eg. RAIN or mind in the jar
remembering kindness or gratitude
loving kindness
just like me
Each exercise includes:

reflective questions
